After receiving your order, if you want to return the product and encounter missing, damaged or incorrect parts in the packaging or receive lost, damaged or incorrect parts, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with return, replacement or refund.

 

1.About Returns

Return period

The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. If it has been more than 30 days since you received the item, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Returned products must not have been disassembled, installed, modified, or damaged by faulty installation or user error.
- If your shipment arrives with damaged or incorrect items, please promptly contact munirater-after@outlook.com.
- We are not responsible for missing, damaged or incorrect parts of the product more than 60 days after receipt, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be handled through the shipping company.

Non-returnable products are as follows:
-When you order, the package/product is marked with a non-returnable label. Or we state on the purchase page that the product is non-returnable. Customized products.
-Modified/assembled products.
-Used products.
- Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.

You can choose one of the two ways, fill out the relevant form and we will receive your request.
For compatibility issues or defective parts, you may need to provide some pictures of the product itself and a detailed description of the problem for further inspection.
In some cases, specific products may not need to be returned, but we will provide instructions on how to destroy or dispose of them.
Please do not return purchased products directly to the manufacturer.
Customer Support Team Confirmation. Returns processing time is estimated to be 3-5 working days.
Return goods to LABWORK warehouse.
Once the return has been approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to the customer and the customer can return the item according to the instructions.
We expect to review your returned parts within 20 days.
Refunds.
Refunds will be made to your original payment account within three days.

 

Refund Timeframe

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that we have received your returned Product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund, which will be completed within 15 days.

Successfully processed refunds will be refunded to the customer's payment account within three days.

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, which may take a while.

 

Return shipping costs

Munirater is responsible for return shipping costs, which you are not liable for.

 

Product Replacement


All products are covered by a one year warranty and we will only replace defective or damaged products. If you need a replacement, please email munirater-after@outlook.com with a photo or video of the product.
